The addition of blank achievements on Steam suggests that new content for XCOM: Enemy Unknown could be on its way.
The achievement list is viewable through Steam’s Global Gameplay Stats page for XCOM: Enemy Unknown and includes 30 unmarked entries. We’ve contacted publisher 2K Games for comment and will update accordingly.
Last week, Firaxis Games said that it would reveal an unannounced project during Gamescom 2013, which begins Aug. 21 in Germany. Listings on the Korean ratings board suggest that the project might be called XCOM: Enemy Within.
